How can i stop the digging?

I suspect my female rabbit is pregnant how can I knw for sure? At what age can a female with rex bunny get pregnant also she's been digging a lot lately is tht a sign? If so how can I stop it should I move her out to a cage that has wire floor and put a nest I uave her in a cage wih one other female and a male and it is placed on the ground
