Why do rodeo bucking houses buck?

You certainly have caused an on-line debate on this subject. I am in the U.K. and have no idea why they buck, but after reading the answers, it looks pretty much like they are bred to buck and then encouraged to do so. It also would appear that there are many rogues out there.
