how about carlito comes out does his boring crap then all of a sudden you hear the screech of a car everyone thinks its mick foley but then it plays razor ramons music he comes out he gets in the ring says hey yo then carlito is about to spit at him but instead hall throws the toothpick in his face and thus start a cool fued
