Quick question about Orajel?

It's ok if you swallow it. It's just topical anesthesia. The feeling of numbness will wear off in 5 minutes. Most people feel the need to spit. Either way it will numb the area applied. If you are having real pain in the tooth, take Advil or Motrin, along with the Orajel until you get to the dentist. Don't wait too long to schedule an appointment though. Best of Luck!
