If I turn my fridge/freezer off, will the water from the defrosting leak?

I am moving and I want to turn off all appliances so that I do not have to pay for more bills.. I want to turn off my fridge/freezer but I am not sure if the water from the freezer will leak. It is a 2 year old fridge/freezer. Thanks.
