Let's yze women right to vote and other equality policies in US?

it's been a century since congress ( all men at the time) ped legislation for reinstating equality between es. I want to ask your opinion about the results of that action, was it a good decision? was it a bad one? have the tension between men and women decreased? are families more stable and more prosperous today than a century ago? are we making more babies? are we more ually satisfied? do women love men more now? all this equality sounds so good on paper...is it actually working in reality? why if now we are equal a woman who probably has a better paid job than a man would protest if she would be asked to split the check on a date? as you see this is a serious intellectual question with a little charge I admit but not disrespectful or offensive, please refrain yourself from mean and offensive answers, I would really like all of you out here to reflect for a moment and yze the benefits and drawback of such of actions that our forefathers took. Thank you
