Why do I see so much about the ten 'commandments' on R&S?

The United States of America has based its' moral teachings on those of Jesus Christ but also has based its' judicial laws from The Mosaic Laws of our God, the God Yahweh. The Ten Commandments are part of The Mosaic Laws that we swear on The Bible to tell the truth to when we get sworn in in our courtrooms. So the Christians in America technically have always been and still are under The Mosaic Laws of the God Yahweh's in The Old Testament, it's just that we never realized it since The Mosaic Laws and America's Laws are really one in the same.
