Can Dumbledore see under the cloak of invisibility?

Dumbledore is the most powerful wizard in the world as well as the a keen observer. He may have sensed their presence or Hagrid's body language may have to him so, as the lovable giant is a really bad liar. Also, he also quoted once when Harry asked him 'I have other means of seeing things' which still remains a mystery.
