What should my boyfriend cook for me for Valentines Day?

He's in culinary school, so I told him it'd be nice if he'd cook dinner for me on V-day. He agreed but only if I pick the meal! We're poor college students so it has to be cheap... but NOT spaghetti! I have no idea what to tell him as I am VERY indecisive. Any ideas?
