What happened to Cheapdate magazine??

Cheapdate was a magazine from around the early 2000s all about thrifting, in other words secondhand/vintage clothes. I heard about it ages ago and finally managed to get my hands on the only one left in print, the 1st colour one from 2002. I've googled it to find out when and why it stopped being published but all I've found is interviews with it's creators, Bay Garnett and Kira Joliffe, from around 2002 and a Cheapdate website that hasn't been updated in years. So anyone know the mysterious fate of Cheapdate magazine????
