In final fantasy 3 ds,How do i get past the boulder in ancient ruins?help! it wont let me through.?

You're not supposed to go there yet, one of the side characters join you later and moves it for you. So there's some part of the plot you need to do beforehand. I think you need either Doga or Unei, check the walkthroughs for help.
