I would like it if someone could help me please. I'm tryning to find in-depth ancestory information.?

I'm a 22 year old African-American female and I've really been dying to learn about my roots. I know my family heritage is comprised of African, Irish, and Native American roots, but I'm not sure specifically how. I would like to know which tribes my ancestors came from and so on being African-American it's quite difficult to find good records on my family because in the old days not even good birth date records were kept in many places especially in rural America where my family is from. So if anyone could point me in the right direction to begin my lineage search I would be eternally grateful for any info or advice? because I'd really like to trace my families Native American and African tribal roots, which I hear can be done with sufficient info.
