I need help with this one guy..hmm.?

Okay so I really like this one guy. I met him from my cousin, she goes to his school. They live about 20 minutes away from me, so I can see him if I wanna. We meet each other at the rodeo every summer an hang out those 2 days of the rodeo. Also, I see him at the basketball games at our school. We tried to date once, and everything was going great. I was head over heels for him, nothing was going to change that. One night he was suppose to come to my house, he didn't call or text me at all. That night, he texted me and told me it wasn't guna work out because he was getting his phone taken away for 2 months. I didn't care though! After those 2 months went by, he starts talking to me again and saying he misses me. He told me that his mom took his phone away cause his grades were bad and he still cares about me. I'm seeing someone else right now though, and I miss Jesse so much I don't know what to do? Can you help me? I don't wanna hurt the guy i'm dating now.
