How to access your Subconscious?

If im correct almost everything you so,do and hear is stored in your brain. But in the subconscious part. So if there is all of this information is there a way to access it? From what i know people who have photographic memory's are people who can use their subconscious. So is there anyway for someone who wasn't born with it to quickly an easily access their Subconscious and photographic memory
