Girls help =)?

You should substitute a more healthy cereal for fruit loops, they're just sugar. Try Cheerios or raisin bran or something. You definitely need more nourishment in your diet. A bowl of gs is not dinner. Lean cuisine would be better. Add some veggies in there too, some green beans or broccoli- something green. If you're really serious about losing weight, try weight watchers and count points, you get to eat some stuff, so you're more likely to stick with your diet. Also try to get 30 minutes of cardio in a day. Good luck.
