Can Someone Explain the Love Of The God of the Christian Bible?

I hear Christians all The time Say God's Love is Unconditional. Is that In the Bible? I know that The bible says that God is love, but where does it say that God's Love is Unconditional? and if its unconditional, How does Hell enter into the equation?
