Beating Rampage Jackson, UFC 2009 Undisputed?

Ok i just got the game and im going 8-0 with my created fighter on career. Now i have to beat Rampage and i can't do it. He always knocks me out. Im trying to go undefeated so when i get knocked out i turn of my xbox and turn it back on. Ive been trying to beat him for like 5 hours. How can i beat him? I got all my equipment to level 3 and most of my stats are at 30. What can I do? I also suck on xbox live too. Please give me hints.
